Stephanie Farnsworth

Stephanie Farnsworth is a Lecturer in Media and Communications at the University of Sunderland, based in the David Puttnam Media Centre. Her research explores the intersection of science fiction, Gothic studies, and video game studies, with a focus on monstrous representations and non-normative populations. She is the co-founder of the academic network MultiPlay, dedicated to multidisciplinary video game research, and has hosted conferences on the topic. Her upcoming edited collection, Gothic Video Games, further highlights her scholarly contributions.
