Stephanie Davis is the Dean of Students and an Instructor at Cumberland University, where she has worked since 1995. She holds a B.B.A. (1994) and an M.S.P. in Public Service Management (2015), both from Cumberland University. Her roles include overseeing student affairs, facility services, and admissions, alongside teaching the Foundations of Scholarship & Learning (FSL) course each fall.
Her professional focus revolves around student support, campus operations, and event coordination, including Homecoming Weekends, Commencement ceremonies, and The Phoenix Ball. She has held progressively senior administrative roles since her start at the institution, demonstrating expertise in higher education leadership and student-centric initiatives.
