Stephanie Creary

Stephanie Creary is an Assistant Professor of Management at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She serves as the Faculty Director of the Relationships Across Differences (RADs) Roundtable, a collaborative initiative with Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and NYU Stern.

• Research Focus: Identity, diversity and inclusion, emotional dynamics, and leadership in diverse organizations.
