Dr. Stephanie Briers is a post-doctoral researcher at ETH Zurich's Department of Environmental Systems Science (D-USYS), affiliated with the TdLab's 'Cultural Studies of Science' group. She contributes to the Horizon Europe-funded DIAMOND project developing next-generation Open Integrated Assessment Models for net-zero sustainable development. Her work bridges architecture, urbanism, and transdisciplinary research to address inclusive urban sustainability challenges.
Her research focuses on energy justice, public infrastructure equity (particularly lighting in informal settlements), and participatory modeling methodologies.
