Stephanie Arsoska is a Lecturer in Drama & Performance at the School of Creative & Performing Arts, Queen Margaret University. She is also an active performer, facilitator, and theatre-maker with strong ties to professional theatre practice and performance education.
Her research interests focus on improvisation, ensemble theatre practice, and performance training, informed by both academic study and extensive practical experience. As Artistic Director of Third Thread, she leads a young ensemble of actors, dancers, and musicians aged 18–25, and performs regularly with Icebergs’s WIG (Weekend of Improvisation in Glasgow).
Stephanie is an Associate Artist of Duende Theatre Company and a member of the Culture in Society Research Centre. She has directed for notable programs including National Theatre Connections, Dundee Rep’s Next Up, Chrysalis at the Traverse, Rep Stripped, and Manipulate Festival.
She teaches across the BA Drama and BA Acting and Performance programs, delivering modules in Play, Performance, and Acting Skills. Additionally, she teaches Ensemble Theatre Practice at the Rose Bruford Foundation in Acting and serves as a Performing Arts Lecturer at Dundee and Angus College.

- MEd in Teaching and Learning in the Performing Arts – Royal Conservatoire of Scotland
Stephanie trained as an actor with Cygnet Theatre Company and continues to bridge academic and professional theatre worlds through performance, direction, and pedagogy.
