Stephan Van Vliet

Stephan Van Vliet is an Assistant Professor at the S.J. & Jessie E. Quinney College of Agriculture & Natural Resources, Utah State University, within the Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Sciences Department (NDFS). He is affiliated with the Western Dairy Center, contributing to research and academic initiatives in food sciences and nutrition.
