Stephan Staubli Muehlenbachs is a Full Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Calgary, affiliated with the Faculty of Arts. His research focuses on Public Economics, Labour Economics, and Health Economics, with emphasis on disability insurance, retirement policies, and social welfare systems. He holds affiliations at NBER, CEPR, IZA, and other institutes. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of St. Gallen (2009), M.S. from the Free University of Brussels (2004), and B.S. from Zurich University (2003).
