Stephan Kippes

Stephan Kippes is a Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Law, Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU). With a focus on real estate marketing and agencies, he has held leadership roles in academic and industry organizations since the 1990s.

• Studied Economics at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich (1990–1994)
• PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) on environmental negotiation processes (1995)

Research interests include corporate identity, sustainable real estate practices, and market communication. His work bridges academic theory with industry applications, particularly in residual pollution management and real estate economics.

Scientific awards include the 1996 Research Prize from the University of the German military forces (Bundeswehr) for his dissertation. He has served on editorial boards and juries for prestigious real estate awards, including the German Real Estate Marketing-Award.

Other contributions: Published the annual MARKTMONITOR IMMOBILIEN survey since 2010, co-founded the RDM-Bayern GmbH for real estate market research, and held part-time lecturer roles at Munich University of Applied Sciences and Fachhochschule Nürtingen.
