Stephan Alexander Böhm

Prof. Dr. Stephan Alexander Böhm is an Associate Professor of Diversity Management and Leadership at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland, and Director of the Institute for International Management and Diversity Management (IIDM-HSG). He holds a Ph.D. and Master's from HSG, with a visiting postdoc at the University of Oxford’s Oxford Institute of Ageing. His research focuses on leadership, HR management, diversity inclusion, and the interplay between digitalization, health, and demographic change.

His framework for 'Social Health@Work' integrates organizational design with employee well-being in hybrid work environments.
