Stella Bialous, RN, DrPH, FAAN is a **Professor in the Department of Social Behavioral Sciences** at the **UCSF School of Nursing**, affiliated with the **Center for Tobacco Control Research & Education** and the **UCSF Global Cancer Program**. Her work focuses on global tobacco control, health equity, and policy implementation, particularly through the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC). She has held leadership roles, including President of the International Society of Nurses in Cancer Care (2014–2018).
