Stefano Porcelli

Stefano Porcelli is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, Università di Brescia, and an External Professor at the College of Comparative Law of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). He serves as an international arbitrator for institutions including the Beijing Arbitration Commission and Hainan International Arbitration Court. Admitted to the Italian Bar, he holds dual doctoral degrees from Università di Roma Tor Vergata (Italy) and CUPL (China), with his thesis defended in Mandarin Chinese.

He leads the Research Observatory on the Law of Persons at the Latin-American Legal Studies Center (CSGLA) at Università di Roma Tor Vergata and participates in research centers like the China Arbitration Institute. With over 50 scientific publications, his work focuses on comparative law, international arbitration, and legal systems across Latin America and Asia.
