Stefano Pacifici holds academic roles as a Lecturer in the BSc Radiology, Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy Techniques program and Professor in the Mammography Master's program at Sapienza University of Rome. He is also the Coordinator at IPA’s Preventive Medicine Center in Rome. His professional qualifications include a DMiur 27/7/2000 degree in Medical Radiology, Imaging, and Radiotherapy Techniques, along with two Master’s degrees in Healthcare Management and Ultrasound. He is a certified Trainer of trainers, Expert in Psycho-Oncology, and Expert in Micro-movement and advanced imaging systems.
His research interests focus on breast imaging, mammography quality improvement, patient anxiety management, and healthcare service organization. He explores technical advancements in imaging systems, ergonomic challenges for radiographers, and the intersection of patient anatomy with imaging outcomes. His work also addresses pain risk assessment, radiation dosage optimization, and the development of standardized curricula for radiology professionals.
Recent articles highlight trends in breast cancer screening protocols, mammography technique refinements, and the psychological impact of imaging procedures. His publications often bridge practical clinical challenges with technical solutions for improving diagnostic accuracy and patient comfort.
