Stefano Gatti is a Professor of Practice in Finance at Bocconi University, holding the Antin Infrastructure Partners Chair of Infrastructure Financing within the SDA Bocconi School of Management. He previously directed the full-time MBA program (2015–2017) and the International Teachers’ Program. His professional roles include board directorships, investment committee memberships, and consultancy for institutions like the OECD and World Banks. He has received the Best Teacher Award multiple times.
Research focuses on banking, financial intermediation, and the intersection of finance with infrastructure investing. Key themes include project finance structuring, M&A earnouts, and corporate governance impacts on debt contracts.
