Stefano Basaglia

Stefano Basaglia is an Associate Professor of Business Organization in the Department of Management at the University of Bergamo, Italy. He investigates the intersection of societal transformations and organizational practices, with particular focus on LGBT+ workplace inclusion, gender balance across professions, and work-life integration challenges.

His recent publications reveal a methodical historical approach to diversity management in Italy, systematically tracing its development across distinct historical periods. Basaglia's research also addresses contemporary organizational challenges including flexible work arrangements, precarious employment conditions, and the implementation gaps between diversity policies and actual inclusion outcomes.
