Stefani Bardin is a Part-time Assistant Professor at Parsons School of Design (The New School) and NYU, teaching courses on Food, Design, Technology and Climate Change. Through her artistic practice, she investigates industrial food production systems and their environmental impacts.
Her interdisciplinary research combines food studies, design thinking, and environmental science to address sustainability challenges in food systems. She collaborates with scientists, chefs, and technologists to develop projects that visualize complex food-climate relationships.
She has partnered with organizations including the James Beard Foundation and Rethink Food NYC to develop scalable solutions for food system challenges. Her work has been featured by Wired Magazine, Scientific American, and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Montreal.
