Prof. Dr. Stefan Thomas is a Research Professor at the Institute for Applied Research – Urban Future within the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences. He holds a professorship in Empirical Social Research and Social Work since 2012 and has served as Head of the Master's program in Childhood Studies and Children's Rights (2016–2021). His work bridges academia and practice through participatory methodologies.
