Stefan Kuks is a full professor of Water Policy Innovation and Implementation at the University of Twente, affiliated with the Department of Governance and Technology for Sustainability within the Faculty of Behavioural, Management and Social Sciences. He is also chairman (watergraaf) of Dutch Water Authority Vechtstromen and holds multiple ancillary roles.
