Prof. Dr. Stefan Habermeier serves as Professor and Chair Holder of the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial Law and Corporate Law within the Faculty of Law and Economics at the University of Greifswald, Germany. Appointed on September 24, 1998, he leads a department comprising Secretariat member Sylvia Gransow, Scientific Associate Susanne Wischnewski, and Scientific Assistant Anton Wendel from Room 2.01 at Ernst-Lohmeyer-Platz 1, 17489 Greifswald.
His academic foundation includes law studies at Saarbrücken University (1979-1984), Dr. jur. degree (1988), and habilitation in civil/commercial law, private international law, and civil procedure (1996).
