Stefan Enders

Stefan Enders is a Professor of Photography at Mainz University of Applied Sciences since 2005, covering areas from reportage and editorial approaches to staged art photography. Initially trained in painting at the Düsseldorf Art Academy, he transitioned to photography and spent over two decades contributing to international magazines like Stern, Der Spiegel, and Rolling Stone.

His major project, "Far from Brussels," was exhibited across Europe under the EU's auspices. He emphasizes teaching fundamentals of photography before exploring advanced topics like digital nomadism and vanlifer culture in seminars. Enders advocates for hands-on, immersive experiences over media-mediated perceptions of the world.
