Stan Josephi

Stan Josephi is a Senior Lecturer in Revenue Management at the Academy for Hotel & Facility Management, part of Breda University of Applied Sciences, where he has worked since 2005. He holds a DBA from the Maastricht School of Management (2015) and brings over 20 years of international hotel industry experience to his academic role.

His research focuses on barriers between hotel commercial departments and automated solutions for integrated demand management. Key areas include revenue management, hospitality experience, and automation in revenue management. Stan actively contributes to the hospitality sector as a member of the HSMAI Europe RM Advisory Board, founding member of RevenueProfs, and board member of Hotel Casa in Amsterdam. His work bridges academic research and industry practice through training, consultancy, and keynote presentations.
