Stan Allen

Stan Allen serves as Adjunct Professor at The Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture, The Cooper Union, while holding the George Dutton ’27 Professorship at Princeton University. His architectural practice integrates urban design with ecological principles, employing field theory to develop innovative structures across the Americas and Asia. Recent residential projects include private homes and artist studios in New York's Hudson Valley.

Research Focus: Theoretical frameworks connecting landscape systems with architectural practice, documented in publications exploring diagrammatic urbanism and terrain-based design methodologies.
