Stacy Korbelak serves as the Assistant Dean of Business, Economics and Entrepreneurial Studies and is a part-time faculty member in the Business Management department at the School of Business and Law, Anne Arundel Community College (AACC). She joined AACC in 2019 and teaches courses in business communications, human resources, leadership, and management.
Her educational background includes:
- Master of Science in Administration from Johns Hopkins University
- Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior from the University of Michigan
- Engagement Coaching Certificate from Anne Arundel Community College
Her research and teaching interests focus on business communications, human resources management, leadership, management, employee relations, and labor relations. With 14 years of prior teaching experience at Howard Community College and a professional background spanning human resources and employee/labor relations in both private and public sectors, her expertise bridges academic instruction and real-world organizational dynamics.
Ms. Korbelak maintains active community engagement through directorship roles on the Anne Arundel County Library foundation board and Epping Forest Inc. board of directors. Prior to AACC, she served six years as an appointed member of the Anne Arundel County Board of Education and taught business/writing courses at Howard Community College for 14 years.
