Stacy Hepburn serves as Assistant Professor of Social Work within the College of Arts and Sciences at Bethel University, joining the institution in 2024.

- Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from New York University (2008)
Professor Hepburn's research centers on BIPOC/Minority mental health needs, driven by her upbringing as a first-generation American in New York City's diverse communities. Her clinical expertise spans crisis interventions, cognitive behavioral techniques, and psychotherapy, with a distinct emphasis on holistic care that integrates social work science with faith-based principles. As a certified Christian life coach and ordained minister holding an advanced degree in practical ministry with worship emphasis, she bridges spiritual and therapeutic frameworks. Her foundational experience includes a formative social work field placement in San Jose, Costa Rica, which cemented her commitment to cultural enrichment.
She actively mentors youth and young adults while celebrating her Jamaican heritage through world music, community building, and family-centered engagement.
