Sharon Fleshman serves as an Adjunct Professor of Spiritual Formation at Palmer Theological Seminary, Eastern University, instructing both undergraduate and seminary students while maintaining active ministry and career development roles. She is ordained at Baptist Worship Center as Associate Pastor of Christian Education and Director of the Bible Institute, and serves on the board of Fellowship of Women Clergy.
Her educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, Master's degrees from New York University's Stern School of Business and Westminster Theological Seminary, additional theological training from Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia, and a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Transformation from Northern Seminary (2015).
