Spiros Papaefthimiou

Prof. Spiros Papaefthimiou is a Professor at the Technical University of Crete, leading the Industrial, Energy and Environmental Systems Lab. He specializes in energy efficiency, renewables, and environmental systems analysis. His work focuses on photovoltaics, solar thermal systems, and sustainability in maritime sectors. He has authored over 60 peer-reviewed papers, achieving an h-index of 30, and contributed to over 50 research projects.

Education: PhD in Physics (University of Patras, 2001), MSc in Environmental Sciences (University of Patras, 1997), and BSc in Physics (University of Patras, 1995).
