Sophie Wang is a Research Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Science and Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, affiliated with the Grainger College of Engineering. Her research focuses on heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and energy systems, with applications in thermal desalination, energy efficiency, and anti-fouling technologies.
