Sophie Moinas

Sophie Moinas is a Professor of Finance at the Toulouse School of Management and Toulouse School of Economics, affiliated with Toulouse Capitole University. Her research focuses on market microstructure, experimental finance, and sustainable finance.

Research Interests: Sophie’s work spans three primary areas:

• Market Microstructure: Studying the mechanics of trading systems and price formation.
• Experimental Finance: Using controlled experiments to analyze financial decision-making.
• Sustainable Finance: Exploring the integration of environmental and social factors into financial markets.

Administrative Roles: She currently serves as Co-Coordinator of the research initiative Risk, Regulation, Systemic Risk under the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution and Fondation du Risque, and as Director of the Master 2 Financial Risks and Market Evaluation program at Toulouse School of Management.
