Sophie Harms is a Research Associate at the Berlin Institute for Empirical Integration and Migration Research (BIM) and the Institute of Educational Sciences at Humboldt University of Berlin. She works within the Faculty of Cultural, Social and Educational Sciences in the Department of Education and Integration Research.
Research Focus:
- Dealing with classroom disruptions
- Teaching and learning processes under migration-related heterogeneity
- Discrimination and racism in schools
Affiliations: Associated with the Research Network Discrimination and Racism (FoDiRa) since 2022, where she leads the subproject Racist Discrimination in Schools (TP2).
