Sonya Dragova

Sonya Dragova is an Assistant Professor at New Bulgarian University's Department of Cognitive Science and Psychology. With a Ph.D. in Psychology (dissertation on "Barriers to the career development of women"), she specializes in organizational psychology, personality psychology, and career development. Her research focuses on Dark Triad traits, workplace entitlement, personal initiative, and work-family balance.
