Sonja Prlić is a University Assistant (Graphics / Art Education) and Senior Scientist at the Inter-university institution Science & Art (W&K), affiliated with the Department of Fine Arts & Design at Mozarteum University. She holds a PhD in Artistic Research from the Science & Art doctoral program. Her work bridges media art, computer games, and dramaturgy, with a focus on social/political dialogue through new media.

Her work has been recognized with major awards including the Ars Electronica U14 Prize and European Youth Culture Award. Current projects investigate AR's role in community building and youth media engagement.
