Songcui Hu serves as Associate Professor of Management and Organizations and Eller Fellow at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, where she has been a faculty member since 2012 after completing her PhD at the University of North Carolina. Her research centers on behavioral perspectives in strategic management, and she currently holds an Associate Editor position at the Strategic Management Journal.
