Somayeh Sojoudi is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences and Mechanical Engineering at UC Berkeley, affiliated with the Berkeley Institute for Data Science (BIDS). Her research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Control Systems, Optimization Theory, and Power and Energy systems. She teaches courses like EECS 127 and EECS 227AT on optimization models in engineering.
Education: PhD in Control & Dynamical Systems from the California Institute of Technology (2013).
