Solène JUTEAU is an Assistant Professor in Strategy at EM Normandie since 2021. She holds a PhD in Information Systems Management from the University of Nantes (2019), focusing on digital transformation paradoxes in archiving services. Her research explores neoinstitutional dynamics in archiving and tourism industries, alongside sustainable innovation and digital business ecosystems. Prior to academia, she worked in strategy roles at a major telecom company for over a decade.
She teaches Strategic and Legal Issues of the Digital Economy, International Negotiation, and Digital Economy Technologies. Her work bridges organizational transformation, innovation adoption, and institutional logics. Recent research emphasizes low-carbon behaviors, French tech ecosystems, and digital platform strategies.
Juteau has published in journals like Innovations and Electronic Markets, and authored case studies on platforms like TheFork and Netflix. She actively engages in academic conferences and disseminates findings through articles in The Conversation and CCMP case repositories. Her work addresses digital transformation challenges in retail, media, and sustainable technologies.
