Solvig Ekblad

Solvig Ekblad is an Associate Professor at the Karolinska Institutet, affiliated with the Department of Learning, Informatics, Management and Ethics (LIME). With a focus on migration-related stress, public health, and cultural competence, she leads the Cultural Medicine research group. Key roles include part-time psychologist at Råcksta Vällingby Närvårdscentrum (since 2014) and coordinator of national/international PhD networks in migration and mental health (1993–2011).
