Solmaz Abdolrahimzadeh is an Associate Professor at the Department of Neuroscience, Mental Health and Sensory Organs (NESMOS) at Sapienza University of Rome, with concurrent roles as a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Tenure Track Researcher at Sant'Andrea Hospital. Her clinical and research expertise focuses on retinal and choroidal pathologies, particularly in neurodegenerative diseases and ocular manifestations of rare systemic conditions like neurofibromatosis type 1 and Sturge-Weber syndrome.
