Dr. Sol Abdulhak is a Lecturer and Program Manager for the Entrepreneurship Major at RMIT University's School of Management. He holds a PhD in Strategy and International Business from Monash University (2021), focusing on subsidiary performance, institutional distance, and foreign ownership strategies. His research explores reshoring, de-globalization, innovation strategies, and international entrepreneurship, with publications in Regional Studies and Thunderbird International Business Review.
With 8 years of teaching experience, he designs courses in entrepreneurship, strategic management, and international business, emphasizing digitally immersive curricula and student-driven learning. He served as a board member for the Academy of International Business (AIB) Oceania Chapter and received the AIB Best Reviewer Award (2018). He supervises Masters and PhD students in entrepreneurship and related fields.
