Sofia Lindstrand is a Doctoral student and Senior Physician in Social Medicine at Region Östergötland, with affiliations to Linköping University (LiU) in research and educational roles. She focuses on digital media and mental health among young people, integrating youth panels as co-researchers to amplify their voices in her studies.
Her roles include seminar supervision for courses like Equality in Health and Care and Sustainable Development at LiU since 2018, lectures on public health at TEMA, and module leadership in medical education. She also serves as a Sustainability Manager in Region Östergötland and contributes to national health programs via the National Board of Health and Welfare.
