Sofia Åkerman is a doctoral student and researcher at the Department of Law, Lund University, specializing in health law and public law. She is affiliated with the Health Law environment and the Norma Research Programme, with her work partially funded by the Craaford Foundation. Her research focuses on accountability in medical malpractice, analyzing the balance between individual responsibility and systemic approaches.
