Skinner Myers is an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder and a noted filmmaker. He previously held a Clinical Assistant Professor position at Loyola Marymount University's School of Film and Television. Myers has produced 11 films, including 'La Tierra del Exodo', 'Nightmares by the Sea', and 'Things of Beauty Burn'. His feature film 'The Sleeping Negro' premiered at the 2021 Slamdance Film Festival and won international acclaim. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Film Studies at the University of Amsterdam.
Education: Columbia University, Brooklyn College, USC School of Cinematic Arts, and ongoing Ph.D. studies at the University of Amsterdam.
