Siva Sivakugan

Associate Professor Siva Sivakugan is a faculty member at James Cook University, specializing in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering. He holds a First Class Honours Bachelor's from the University of Peradeniya (Sri Lanka), and MSCE and PhD from Purdue University (USA).
