Sirry Alang

Dr. Sirry Alang serves as the Associate Dean for Equity and Justice and an Associate Professor in the Department of Health and Human Development at the University of Pittsburgh. She also serves as Interim Co-Director of the Center for Urban Education. Her academic background includes a Ph.D. in Health Services Research from the University of Minnesota, an M.A. in Sociology from Lehigh University, and a B.Sc. in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Buea, Cameroon.
