Siqing Chen

Dr. Siqing Chen is Senior Lecturer in Landscape Architecture at the Melbourne School of Design, University of Melbourne, specializing in GIS ecology and landscape planning. With professional experience in China and the United States, his research examines landscape planning for sustainable built environments, including ecological infrastructure, landscape urbanism, and carbon-neutral landscapes. He holds expertise in integrating geospatial analysis with sustainable design principles.

Dr. Chen's research projects have been funded by government and industry partners, addressing cross-scale characterization of functional material systems and sustainable urban development.
