Sinong Ma is a Lecturer in Economics at Queen's Business School (Queen's University Belfast), holding a PhD from the University of Warwick. His work bridges behavioral economics, ethical decision making, and social choice theory with a focus on governance of personal data and health resource distribution. He has collaborated with NHS, Cancer Research UK, and Which? consumer group.
Education: PhD in Economics from University of Warwick; Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Research emphasizes moral motives in behavior, fair allocation systems during public health crises, and smart home technology trust dynamics.
