Simone Scagliarini

Simone Scagliarini is a Full Professor of Constitutional and Public Law at the Department of Economics 'Marco Biagi' at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. He serves as a member of the Research Commission (2025-present), Departmental Council (2018-present), and acts as Referent for disability and DSA (2012-present). He has held significant roles including Deputy Director of the Department (2019-2022) and President of the Master's Degree in Labor Relations (2020-2023).
