Simone R. Rauscher Singh

Dr. Simone R. Rauscher Singh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Management and Policy at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Her research explores how financing and organizational structures of healthcare and public health organizations affect resources available for population health. Trained in accounting and finance, her work has advanced understanding of nonprofit hospitals' community benefit investments and contributed significantly to public health finance scholarship and practice.
