Simon Oldham

Simon Oldham is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisation Studies at the School of Business and Management, Royal Holloway, University of London. He serves as Deputy Director for the interdisciplinary Masters in Sustainability & Management, collaborating with the School of Geography.

• Primary research focus: organisational sustainability and ethics within alternative organisational forms (small businesses, academia)
