Simon N.M. Wijte is a Full Professor of Sustainment of Concrete Structures at Eindhoven University of Technology's Department of the Built Environment. His research focuses on structural reuse of concrete elements for circular construction and developing assessment tools for concrete structural reliability. He leads the ReCreate project funded by Horizon 2020 and contributes to European concrete standards through CEN TC250/SC2 committee work.
