Simon Lüchinger is a Professor of Economics at the University of Lucerne since 2014, previously serving as an Assistant Professor from 2010. His research focuses on political economics and environmental economics, addressing personnel connections between private and public sectors, effects of political institutions, social costs of pollution, and environmental policy effectiveness.
