Dr. Simon Fleischmann is a group leader at the Nanoconfined Electrochemical Interfaces research group under the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), with affiliation to the Helmholtz Institute Ulm (HIU). His work focuses on optimizing layered and two-dimensional materials for high-power electrochemical energy storage through structural and chemical tailoring of interlayer spaces.
