Dr. Silvia Martinelli is an Adjunct Professor in the Institution of Private Law at the University of Turin. She is a co-founder and Fellow at the Turin Observatory on Economic Law and Innovation (TOELI), a Fellow of the Italian Academy of the Internet Code, and a corresponding member of the Unione dei Privatisti. Her academic career focuses on the intersection of private law, digital innovation, and platform economy.
